| Innovative Fresh Item Procurement Prototype
Christoph Duncker, Chief Product Owner Retail Planning & Supply Chain at SAP, presents SAP's first high-level scope proposal for a new and modern fresh item procurement solution. The proposal balances a high degree of automation with exception driven workflow and at the same time efficient and flexible manual interaction opportunities. Visualization of historical and future information, a distribution cockpit for shortage and overstock as well as fresh assortment definitions are rounding up the scope proposal.

Tim Sutor, Head of Processes Merchandise Sales at Coop Switzerland, reports on the successful project "Sustainable Shopping and Vision of Zero Waste", for which the company was honored with the SAP Innovation Award 2019 in the category "Digital Trailblazer".
